What, how much and how often are the fish/frogs fed: small fish pellets for Koi & goldfish- twice a day, one handful in outdoor pond.

Unusual findings on the fish: bloated overall.
Unusual behavior: swims upside down mostly, lays on the bottom upside down, swims in circles.

Tetracycline, gel-tek ULTRA CURE BX (Treats internal & external parasites). gel-tek ULTRA GROW VX (source of essential nutrients to help promote a stronger immune system), handful of epsom salts in a one gallon tank for 15 minutes (for possible constipation).
Summary of potential fish stressors:
nothing has changed in environment for over 1-1/2 years basically. Sometimes we add some fish, skum suckers, mosquito eaters.
